Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders within a maximum period of 4 business days of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note that some orders may experience slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
We offer shipping to addresses listed at checkout.. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. You can find more information about shipping rates and estimated delivery times on our checkout page.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to track your package's progress.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged goods caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to seek compensation for the damaged item(s).
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at lessonsofalac@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If your return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
